Sotheby’s HR team is ambitious in finding bright, up and coming art experts. To groom future Sotheby’s art experts, the HR team toured colleges around the country searching for art and history students. The brochure I designed focused on the Sotheby’s Trainee Programme which pipelined entry-level employees into higher level positions by spending a year working every facet of the art auction world.
