The Out of This World! jewelry exhibit was a touring exhibit with a stop at the Tellus Science Museum in Georgia, an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution. The exhibit featured jewelry with celestial and Space Age designs, many using fragments of meteors or moon rock. This touring exhibit called for a unique lock-up and look for Tellus’s special exhibits gallery.

The Out of This World! jewelry exhibit was a touring exhibit with a stop at the Tellus Science Museum in Georgia, an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution. The exhibit featured jewelry with celestial and Space Age designs, many using fragments of meteors or moon rock. This touring exhibit called for a unique lock-up and look for Tellus’s special exhibits gallery.
The project started with four initial explorations with disparate looks ranging from a more luxury fine jewelry aesthetic to a more futuristic, science fiction theme.
The final iteration combined the typography from the more science fiction look of option 2 and the vector brandmark from option 4 that turns a gem into a planet with a revolving moon.
